A full-time lead teaching opportunity to support and inspire children in a peaceful, nurturing, and developmentally rich environment.

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree (required); BA/BS in Early Childhood Education/Child Development (ECE/CD) preferred
12 ECE/CD units, including 3 units in Infant Care
Accredited Infant/Toddler Montessori Certification
2–4 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, preferably in a Montessori setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Spanish language proficiency preferred
Comfortable with computers, mobile apps, and general tech tools
Physically able to interact on the child’s level (sit, kneel, squat, bend, lift, etc.)
